What we keep, and why.

If you only look at the pages

When you open a page we record the page you opened, the time, the page that referred you (if your browser says), the campaign tags in the link you followed (such as its source), whether your device is a desktop, phone or tablet, whether the visit looks automated (a robot), your browser's name and version, and a hash of your IP address. A hash is a scrambled form that cannot be turned back into the address. Unless you send us a request, none of this is tied to your name; if you do, the visit to the form page is linked to your request. We do not record your country.

If you ask for an invitation

You give us your name, email address, mobile number and organization, and a message if you write one. We also keep the page you sent the request from, the time you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, the kind of contact you agreed to (email), the version of this notice, and the same IP hash and browser name as above, so that we can show what you agreed to. We label your request by where it stands, for example "new".

What we use it for

• To answer your request and issue you an invitation to Arishem, by email.
• Your mobile number is kept so that an invitation can be issued to it. We do not send marketing messages to it.
• To count which ads and links bring people here, from the source tag and the visit record.
• To keep a record that you agreed, and to what.

Cookies and scripts

These pages set no cookies and load no third-party scripts, pixels or fonts. Nothing on them tells an ad network that you visited.

Who sees it

Capira Labs, and Arishem, which receives your name, email address, mobile number and organization so that it can issue your invitation. We do not sell your details and we do not give them to advertisers.

How long we keep it

We have not set a fixed period. Visit records and requests stay until you ask us to delete them. If you do, we delete your request. We keep your contact record (your name, email address and organization) and the record of what you agreed to, because that record is the proof of what was agreed and when.

Your choices

You can withdraw your consent at any time, ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@arishem.app. Arishem keeps its own invitation list, so say in your message if you also want to be taken off it. Withdrawing does not change what we did with your details before you did.

If this changes

If we change this notice we change its version. The consent you give records the version you saw.
